CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 24 hours notice given when cancelling an appointment will result in a charge 50% of your treatment booked, unless I can fill that time. No exceptions, including positive covid result or illness. I ask if you are feeling unwell please rearrange your appointment in plenty of time. When booking your appointment you are agreeing to my terms.

This policy is in place to protect my business and time.

DEPOSITS

I currently take deposits of £15 for new clients beauty treatments and make up bookings

These deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if given at least 48 hours notice, and can only be transferred once.

Wedding make up deposits are based on personalised quotes.
